Complete details of Foreign Cast & Crew with their passport details

Photocopies of passports of foreign cast & Crew

List of equipments being imported into India for shooting.

List of locations where shooting is to be done along with dates of shooting.

Bank Draft for USD 225 drawn in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, ministry of Information & Broadcasting, (Main Secretariat), New Delhi”.

"NOC” from living person portrayed in the film.
